May sound a bit daft but have you checked your PM notification settings? I was wondering why I hadn't a PM - I assumed that I would get a pop up like I would on similar format forums. It was only when I went and had a look that I noticed a PM sitting in the box and realised I had to amend the notification settings so that I knew when a message arrived.
Your internet explorer may also be blocking the pop-ups.
like others have said people may have issues where they can't reply such as rebuilding their care, personal problems, may be on holiday or may simply not be as communicative as others. Personally I'd do what others have said. Reply on the thread, then send pm, then wait a few days, if still nothing then ask yourself…. do you really want to buy from someone like that(what if there's delays in postage or product is broken, you'll never get hold of them)? Remember this is a world viewable forum so are they a member and is there post count quite high?
