mk1 owners virgin... (new boy)

yeh alright chaps!!

just recently joined up an to be honest still gettin to grips with the site so bare with me…   :?

am the proud owner of a tip top silver campaign, kept pretty standard part from suspension, steering upgrades an leather…

please if anyone can give me some good advice on where (if any) i could get my hands on replacement green/green windows for the campaign, especially the rear window??

any feedback would be appriceited!!

You can get new screens from VW for about ?80 I think

I do have some side glass but no spare rear glass (I do have two but people have dibs on them - If they've not had them in a week or two I'll give you a shout…

Cheers for all your help guys, an also for such a warm welcome…

The reason i was asking bout replacement glass is im getting a new rust free boot lid an saw a whole green/green glass set for a campaign on ebay for 10 quid, so incase my back window was damaged while taking out the glass i was trying to source a spare one…

Unless the seal in the tailgate is mint I'd cut it out with a stanley knife and fit the screen with a new seal. You can get a new rear seal for about ?27 from GPC.

Front and rear screens can be taken out easily without breaking them!
