mk1 golf gti 1979 V reg fuel pump or relay switch

hello all you golf lovers,
I have a black 1979 golf gti V reg and its been in a garage for the last 19 years, every now and then I turned the engine over but today it wouldn't start and I am 100% sure its the relay switch or the fuel pump. so I need help finding these parts, also I will be selling it ASAP hopefully to a good home how can restore. Reason for selling is because the house where its stored at is up for sale and I've got know were else to put it    any help would be very much grateful with narrowing it down to the main problem.
