Mk1 Golf convertible 1998 All white - need roof seals

Hey fellow Mk1'ers :-)

Have recently bought a gorgeous white mk1 cab,  but need some new roof seals.  Have tried VW dealers - no luck, have tried USA Rabbit no luck……where can i buy any?  if not what is the solution.

Would really appreciate any help (have also been told about silicon).
