Midlands Newbie

Hi all

  Just joined, i brought what was hopefully a bargain off of dub76, his 82'GLI,(http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=008&item=180036654824&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1)  im picking it up this week (very long road trip!!). Always been a dub fan, lot of friends in the right places (Midland VW) hopefully come in handy and hopefully i can give the car a bit of TLC and get her lookin mint again!!,
  We just sold our mkiv golf 4motion and bought a family car (Saab9-3 Aero 03') which is very nice but we miss our golf so me white vans goin and this GLI will be gracing our drive for a good while fingers crossed, Cheers
