little hello!

hi there,
im based in medway towns in kent.
just a quick question first! i own a 1990 mk1 caddy do i quilify to be a member on this site? i have an interest in anything vw and old! some of the new vws are nice dont get me wrong!
so yea, just wondered if a caddy owner was accepted after all i am half mk1 golf lol
shes a project on the go at moment, needs few parts to get her ready for road and shes away! then the real mods will set in.

heres how i got her! well i was after a old beetle project to do ready for my2nd year of driving then i had little word to my girlfreinds dad about his caddy stuck down the orchards and he said its going to scrap soon! so i said nooooooooooooo! il save her. and she is now mine, he used her as his work truck since it was new then just sat down the orchards as a farm car. so heres a few pics.

hi all my names shaun east from loughborough nr leicestershire. ive owned  my golf gti 1800 in white no sunroof for approx six years. ive left it in a corner of the workshop till now. but now restoreing it, i will try and post some pics very soon

thanks! i will get a little project page up! its my first vw! im only 17 but still! so still getting used to how the caddy works and what bolt makes what fall apart lol!

My one is my first VW too, I'm 19 and too have no idea!

im more into the beetle and camper scene. But this was offered free and i have fallen in love with it. Im sure we will get lots of help with our projects. The vw scene is verry friendly
