Hiya all,

I'm new around here, but a VW fanatic through and through.
I owned a Mk 2 Gti until a couple of years ago and am a long term owner of 4 aircooled VW's

I've (somehow) persuaded my better half that it would be a good idea to get rid of the Sharan and replace it with an early Cab, so I'm on the look out.

I'm hoping to be around a fair bit more in the not too distant future.  I'm really impressed with the site :-)

Thanks for all the comments.   I'd always envisaged buying one at this time of year as prices do seem to fluctuate wildly throughout the year.

I'm (hopefully) off to pick it up later today and drive it back from Blackburn to Coventry. :-)
