Just became a fully paid member
Just thought i would introduce my self. I recently bought a 1983 black mk1 golf gti from a forum member off here, that needs a fair bit of tlc, so im sure this forum & its users will come in very handy in the close & long term future.
My first question is, where is the best place to sorce a good quality, full cylinder head gasket kit from, as i plan to do things properly first time & hope only to do things once.
Cheers Paul.

Let see some photos of the mk1 then, whereabouts are you from?
I bought my head gasket set off Euro car parts……

had no problems with the gaskets, so happy with them.
There is also GSF……

Hope that's o help to you
