isv moduel unit wanted

hi can anybody help i am looking for a isv moduel unit as my car will not run i changed the idle control valve thinking it was that but now i am thinking its the little black box with 244 on it  as there is power going to that but then no power to the icv hence no buzzing the engine is a mk2 golf gti 16v kr thanks.
