Im a newbie on here. And i want to sell my Mark 1 Clipper!

Hello all -

im not sure if this is protocol being allowed to speak of selling my car on this thread!?! I have always wanted a mark 1 and finally got round to buying a 1990 black Clipper 2 summers ago. Needless to say it has been a rollercoaster ride, from long summer drives with the top down (good) to continual issues with the engine coughing and spluttering up to 5 minutes after i have turned the engine off (bad). i love the car but am about to get married and have to buy the inevitable family car. so….my question is, can i attempt to sell it on here or do i go Autotrader? it had 88,000 on the clock and now has 95k, not bad for a 22 year old car. It still runs well but just has the inevitable issues and old car does. It could do with a service too i'd imagine, but im for a quick sale to a good home. I bought it for £2400 and would like to get something in the 2k region for it, but will accept offers.
