How to get cab hood back...

ops:  having just bought a 1985 cab, i am having problems taking the hood back, the handle releases the hood on the drivers side but on the passengers the handle goes back but  the hood is still stuck on the corner?, should the hood come straight up and off the windscreen on this side just by pulling the handle back?.thanks

Once you release the handles there is a hook that you have to release and that frees the front of the hood completely. It is the same on both sides except that the n/s has a kind of clip thing too.

Thanks Dan, sorted now, didnt notice the hook on n/s.. only had cab today,,, bring on the summer lol ,....
