Been lurking for a while, but thought i'd make myself known, had this little 1.6 diesel beauty for a while, but she's now desended into the garage for some works to her rear end…

a couple of shots, one the g60s when i got the mk1, and a second on a set of 1900 Mims. However a set of American racing twists sits in the garage ready!

That would be good, theres already a number of VW meets around this way but a specific mk1 meet would be good.

although i'd only be able to bring the golf next year at the earliest once the works are complete. (Not much, rear panel and bottom corners and rear arches)

Me too mate. Mine is an ongoing project so perhaps best to leave till Spring time 2014
