Hey guys new here,

Bought a mk1 golf cabrio gti, with my other half yesterday.

Its a 1889 G plated uk Cabriolet.

Bought all the parts to service as was a little chappety. (tappet noise.) So ive replaced oil and filter, plugs air filter and also bought a fuel filter but cant find the original one to replace lol. so havent done that.

I bought castrol gtx 10w40 oil part synthetic. and done all that today before the first proper drive.

Enjoying it so far… might search the tech section for help on the noisy tappets.
