i'd have the standard  look any day, no mods for me only small things like the door pins kept the originals so they can go back on at any time, get some pics up would like to see them ,can check mine out if you want in "your cars and projects" i like em standard and original and i think it will stand me in good stead too in yrs to come as they get rarer, i dont mind mods each to thier own, sometimes i really appreciate the lengths time & effort poeple put into mods and wot they achieve but wot made me want to keep it standard was how i started to learn how difficult it is to find original parts and as the yrs go by they'l only become harder to obtain and the cars will come down in numbers too, i was lucky to find one completely original and not have to remove any mods or alterations i think thier one of the best looking cabrio's ever made so no need for mods mine turns heads as she is, would like to see some pics of yours tho fella

Well thats good news i wasnt sure if ppl liked modds or not, going to put an M.O.T. on my standard one so i can bring it to the annual meet but is only half way through its T.L.C at the min, i might also swap cars half way through cos i only live about 10min away and would like to see ppl's reactions and listen to wot they have to say about improvements that could be made.

Both will be welcomed and be liked by many.  Welcome to the site also and hope to see you and your cars at the Annual Gathering.
