Hi, i'm new, i won a mk1

As the title suggests, i've just recently bought a mk1 and i find myself here….. Not really for any other purpose other than to pick up some parts/advice and general know how as i'm a relative n00b to vw's.

So yeah, that's me!

I'd like to begin by saying sorry. I never actually won the car, i was just drunk when i typed that    I bought it off my chum who lost his license  :twisted:

Wheels wise, none of them! The BBS wheels are on e bay right now, then once they sell, i'll stick these ones on too!  The master plan is to put the oz's off of the mk3 onto the mk1 then get my porker wheels onto the mk3….

Golfs are fun!

On another note, i'm shocking at my mk1 knowledge so expect some stupid questions any time soon…..

I have to say one thing though… DO NOT put those Oz wheels on the Golf! PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE! the BBS look incredible.

ive asked santa for some borbets, leave em on

They arn't borbets chaps, they're a replica wheel. They've got decent tyres on them too, but alas, i am going to sell them too  8) /

What size are the wheels dixon?

They're a 15 my little flower. I really need to whip one off and check the offset and stuff but it's monsoon season up here!….actually hang on i have an internet related idea….
