Hi from a newbie...but why no club in the northeast? :(

Hi everyone,
managed to swap my dull, boring 406 plus a bit of coin for an 87 GTi Cabby (called Gertrude now) which has been the best purchase of my life!  Sooooo much fun!  Just gutted there's not a northeast members club as I know I've seen one or two driving around up here.  Hopefully get some pictures of her on here soon n start with the refining of her beauty

the regional meets section? see if there is anyone organising one?.

ohhh dear ohhh dear a makem!!!!!  welcome to the site mate - there was a meet organised ages ago at durham services diddnt go myself as i was away - Not sure if we have a regional host???? but if you post it up in the meet section you might generate some interest
