well after having to duck tape up the side of the hood today due to it needing replaced burning aint really an option. its raining far to heavily for that.

i am really struggling to make my mind up over colours inside and out. oh the options. its quite sad how excited i am. wanted to take hood off and look at few problems over weekend but dont fancy doing it in a hurricane.

Hi everyone

Hello Mate - Welcome to the site!!

The best advice I can give you (after being in a similar position a few years back) is buy an umbrella and get her running right before you start tarting her up!  When you do start on cosmetics don't do half a job you'll be unhappy later with the finish.

just like all women - all my Mk1's love spending cash …. my cash … on themselves - at least its not a handbag or shoes (well brake shoes maybe?)

Good luck!

Hi, welcome to the site.
Start doing Yoga, so that you can spend hours upside-down in the passenger footwell following wires to and from the fusebox and checking relay's and fuse's, without getting stiff !!
