Hi!...delivery question.

Recently i have ordered some sitckers and some side stripes from VW Turbo Ltd and they contacted me once telling me that payment was done and to wait one day for the order to be packed and weighed and since then no one reply to my mails.

my questions:
any one ordered soon something from them?
is there a problem whit the store?
what should i do?


ps: i'm not from US.

Not had any dealings with them myself.  Have you ran a google search for reviews on them?  Have you got a number you can ring them on and an e-mail address?  Try to send a communication to them using a few methods.

but i waited for the actually shipping reply but got no reply since that day. My English skills are low for a phone call so mail is and remains kinda the only communication to them.
I'm not accusing or so it's just that i'm worried after 7 days of no reply.
Any one else got contact to them? please reply if so.

I bought an item from an American on e-bay and it took 2 weeks to arrive.  You may also be liable to import charges if your country imposes them  :dontknow:

I'd keep sending e-mails until they reply if I was you asking for a tracking number etc.

Taxes are not a problem, ill pay extra if needed, i just wondered why they did not reply whit second mail, bah… ill just keep  on mailing them until i get a reply.

He might have sent it by surface mail, to keep the costs down to the postage you'd paid already, to save a 2nd part payment etc. Probably take 2-3 weeks then. That or the postie's nicked it.
