Hi all!!

Hi all, joined the site last month, taken a while to post! Haven't got a VW yet, been after one for years, but wife/kids/job always seem to come first. Anyway, managed to scrape some pocket money together and am looking out for a tin top hopefully, GTi preferably. Want a runner to start with, something that doesn't need much work. Been looking on the site and Ebay, seems to be a few about - vast variation in price, unfortunately nothing north of the border (I'm in Ayrshire).

Anyway, great site - loads of good info and everyone seems friendly!
