hi all

hi there everyone. just found myself a nice(?) little 1.3 mk1 jetta. needs a bit of love as i literally dragged it out of a farm but its getting there if a little scabby!

i know its not a golf but hope you dont mind me hanging about. had plenty of golfs before, couple mk1's loads of mk2's and a mk3 so not a complete novice.

Girlfriend absolutely hates it, but then shes never liked any of my cars! anyway thats this post finished, ill pop a thread up showing my complete lack of progress at some point.

cheers

john

no definitely not going for a full resto yet, i cant even park it outside my house let alone strip it down!

plan is to just keep it going for a bit as ive gone back to uni, have some wheels sitting on my bedroom floor and just been given a 2litre mk3 engine as well so theres a few palns in the pipeline!

ill start  a thread as soon as i can get some pics off my phone
