Hi guys n gals…

Just a quick hello really - i've floated about the forum for a while n thought id sign up.
I've currently got a mk1 caddy thats sat in the bodyshop at the moment having a shed load of work done!
I'm also the new owner of an A-reg Mk1 3dr Driver that I get today!

EDIT: just spotted a link to it on the for sale section on this forum

Cant wait til it arrives!

Hey all,

Debs; plans for the caddy - well its a lot worse than i anticipated it would be - so its taken much longer. When the matt black was stripped off, it was hiding all matter of sins! Nearly there now tho - its had;
new front panel, 2 new front wings, sills, both floor pans, rear arches, repairs to doors, tailgate and rear panels - rear bumper removed and smoothed off panel

Will be painted in Audi Garnet Red, up front a N.O.S. chrome small bumper, chrome grille. Sat on 13" ATS classics with front coilovers & axle flip (will need a block too). Inside theres a red stripe mk1 GTi seats, chrome trim dash and black carpet …. eventually the plan is cream leather seats and cream carpet (maybe!)

Just a taster will sort out proper project thread soon
