hi all!!

hello everybody, im not new to this site as i joined around 15 months ago when i had my old 1980 golf cab but sadly it was stolen from work after a few months so iv been saving up for another one, any way 12 months on and iv ended up with a 1982 golf cab, it says gti but think its a gli as its 1982 and i wont find out until my logbook comes back in my name, its got the clipper kit, lowered although not sure how much, peco backbox, 15" alloys in black with polished rim, full black leather (not sure if its recaro) power roof and a spray job, its in green with metal flake laquer but it isnt the best paint job iv seen so will be saving up to put it back to its original colour, iv had a few issues with it running rather lumpy and feels like its missing when i accelerate which is getting me down, iv replaced the plugs, leads, dizzy cap and rotor arm and still no joy so i will be trying a second hand fuel pump this weekend as its rather noisey and makes a few strange sounds so thinking maybe its sending the fuel up but not pressuring enough, also iv sourced a second hand metering unit so will be trying that if no joy with the fuel pump.
