hi my names ryan im 19.  nice to meet you all. I am about to pick up a mk1 which i am buying for 400 with a 16v wiring harness but no engine. i have two 16v enignes in my garage and would like to no is there much change in fitting one of them into a mk1. i have done a few engine changes in my mk2 2lt 8v so i no a little but could with a some much needed help from the professionals such as yourselfs. your help is much appreciated. many thanks ryan.

nice to hear from some new people and some future conversations. i found out a few things today for my car that suited down to the ground found out that the stuff i already have would fit in this mk1 and i should have it goin in a few days....got to keep the missus happy tho so i better make it a week. nice to hear from you peeps
