Hi all from Cornwall, New guy with Mk1 golf gti cabrio.

Hello everyone, Ive recently purchased this as my next project, needs some welding, and also a new hood. Im guessing its a limited edition? but im not sure what one or anything.

Also, id like to know who made the arches, as I know they arent standard.

Looks like it might of been a cc edition, whats the interior like??

as to the arches i have no clue as i've not seen them before

Bit early for a CC, only ltd edition I can think of that was out in '83/4 would be an "all white" edition, could be that or maybe a std one thats been colour coded?

Not sure about the arches, maybe Kamei, Zender?

I'm guessing it must be an 'all white' edition then, as it does have a white interior (although its very badly torn).
