ermmm mk1's but i dnt mind mk2's eirther
maybe im being to ambish for my age ect
but i wudnt mind making my own track car : )

how old are you? i fink ull be better off with the 1.1 or 1.3's even im struggling to get cheapish insurance on the GTi's not so much 1.6 but the 1.8 and im 19, two years driving.

Hi and welcome to the site hope you find the car you want my daughter is the same age as you she has a Polo but wold love a Mk1 but the Polo was her grandads and she wont part with it as he died 2 yrs ago and she got his car.

I'm with jase on that - MK2's will never be as iconic and you'll always be wishing it was a MK1.

I like your idea with a 1.3 on the road and a 1.8 on the track though!

Also I'm only 23 - still a youngn too (I hope  8O)
