I am a new user on this forum and I am currently experiencing problems in sending PM's.

There is a guy near me looking for a project and I have a reply for him that I can't send!

Only trouble is, can't contact him! - PM stuck in outbox!

Your pm's will sit in your outbox until the recipient has read them.
