help needed by new member

right before i start please dont dismiss me coz its an audi not a mk1 golf! right the problem im having is i own a mint 1985 audi 80 saloon, now this car would look great lowered on 13x8's the problem im having is finding wheels can anyone offer any info on if mk1 golf wheels will fit? my audi wheel measurements are 4x100 with 57.1mm centre bore, what are the measurements of mk1 golfs? also where can i get pressed german style plates and has anyone had any probs from police for having the german style plates? very greatfull for any help cheers

Mk1 wheels are exactly the same fitment as your Audi.  Dont know what offset your car will need tho.

You'll find plenty of ebay sellers with german style plates and almost as many policemen wanting to give you a ?30 fine :wink:  Save them for the shows and you'll be fine.
