Hello!

Hi people im andy, new to the site a while ago and bought my 1983 mk1 1.3 last week off someone from golfgti site, could be a member of this site too?
I live in kent and im guessing theres a few meets around here..
Anyway heres some pics of my car, hope you like it

Oh and if anyones got a 5 speed gearbox for sale that will fit straight into it around the kent area, could you let me know!

Pretty sure that's Dubstar74's old car.  If it is, then you've got yourself a good 'un :wink:

wow looks really nice, i see he smoothed the holes for the black strip on one side and not the other  :?  looks good on the one side its been done havnt seen that done before, the leathers are amazing, as for the gear box, its not a straight swap you have to change the gear selector aswel, and im not to sure on exactly what the problem is with a 5 gear selector but i think its something to do with the 5th gear seclection point hitting something underneath the car making it not possible for it to go into 5th? hth
