I'm from Falkirk in Scotland and i've not long finished a two year mk 1 project.
Thought now would be a good time to the owners club.
Cheers Craig.

heres some pics.
Falkirk is in between Edinburgh and Glasgow, Right in the Centre lol.
Heres day 1 when i got the car home.
After a bit of grafting underneath.
About Half way through, 9 Months in.
Old Mess of an 8v lump out.
Bay cleaned and sealed.
Tidy new 16v KR found its new home.
Bays a bit busier
Only minor things to do now.
Every job undertaken here at Kerbside Engineering lol.
Front View.
Scirroco seats give a period interior maybe change some bits in the future keeping it OEM the now though.
After its first wash n polish thanks to Gary @ Foamandaway.
Nice n Low.
Few things bugging me.
Having trouble getting it to fire up, turns over for ages before firing up, but once its been out and had a run it starts okay until you leave it for like half an hour.
Need some door window seals and scraper seals if anyone can help us out, i know this should be in classifieds buying and selling but havent got used to the website yet.
need the beading/trim for along the sills as you can see in the photo its missing, have the stickers on it now thought but still havent got the sill trim, any other bits that would make it look nice or are clogging up precious garage space let me know.
Constructive criticism welcolm lol cheers for having a look.

I'm the Scottish regional host and cracking car you have there. Looks like you have done a great job on it.
I'm along in Uphall and work in Grangemouth.
Being winter there's not much going on just now but there will be the first meet of the year in April.
I've still to organise it but I haven't had a minute to spare, so I will dirt it in the next couple of weeks.
I hope you make it along to the meets
