hi everyone, just want to say what a cracking site and forum!!! i currently have a 1990 cabby. i say currently, as my first post was to put it for sale in the for sale ads!! dont really want to sell, but we have a 5 month old son, and trying to get all his stuff in a mk1 cabby is a squeeze! anyway just wanted to say hi.

hello and welcome aboard, dont sell it, i had one years ago and sold her after my son was born, regretted it but now have another one, if ya can, keep it as a weekend car and get a daily runner

Times are hard for everyone right now so understand the dilema.  Hope you get another one when time/money/circumstances permit.  Good luck with the sale but remember you don't need to own a mk1 to visit the site  :wink:
