Hello im new !!!

Hi all. Just joined the site found it in the golf+ mag looks good. little bit bout me 27 from ipswich, thats enough now bout my car: have a 83 mk1 which is nearly out of the body shop its not standard but i hope im still welcome ? also have two other mk1 a 3 n a 5 door both off the road. to that end if anyone is after a mk1 5 door let us know its by now means mint but it was gonna get scrapped so i saved her. well thats about it for now

Hi andy,

All Mk1 owners are welcome hee but we do have more of an emphasis on standard cars.  many of the members here have modded cars though and are a great source of info.  What have you done to yours?

Thats a fair point ! Rich. will try to get a mate to put pics up i hate computers or they just hate me. both 3 door mk 1's have g60's in, to different degrees of mod. Both will be going down the route of stripped out less is more approach, i still love the orig mk1 i just like to go a bit faster thats all lol !!
