Hello !! I'm new here. have question about Search function

Hi, everyone.
I actually registered here long time ago but I haven't contributed much  ops:
I'm in Australia, unfortunately Golf Mk1 is not as popular as in UK so we have very limited resources.  Therefore I've been browsing this site for long times.  I do have one question though,  in the search function, it doesn't have the 'Search subject text' only option like many other forum sites has.   e.g if I search 'oil pressure', i only want those thread that focus on discussion about oil pressure but not some one just mentioned engine oil and fuel pressure regulator in their project thread.   I think I'm not the only one that encountered this problem.  Is there anything that can be configured in this forum ?

Oil pressure problems?

Likely to be oil pump pickup guase, breather in the rocker box or maybe even  knackered sender for the dial.

In reply to your questions about the forum, I've only just taken on the role of web manager and looking about the site we're starting to realise there's a few bits and bobs missing as the forum is a little out dated now.

We're holding off on updates (as they're not easiest to integrate within a working system) and looking at other possibilies, I appreciate your feedback but can only suggest you look in the big block / small block area or even start a new topic?

Thanks guys for the reply.  I'm rebuilding a 76 Golf with k-jet 1.6 engine, try to make it close to GTI spec.  There is no real Mk1 Gti in Aussie,

Thanks for that A5OPY,  I've updated my profile.  Unfortunately we are separated by ocean so the only chance that I can join a meet is when I have a holiday in UK.
