Hello, i'm new from essex

Just thought i would say hi.
i own an 83 mk1 gti sunroof model (which leaks)
currently off the road, due to me totally obliterating the 16v kr engine i had in it. she ended up with 3 pistons and 14 valves  :cry:

should be back on the road soon enough though, stronger and faster with a rebuilt kr engine running zx9r bike carbs  :mrgreen:

got some standard rear lights on their way. just want to tidy up the interior and enjoy a summer of driving a carb'd mk1  :mrgreen:

Looks very nice dude, esp the rims as mentioned !! Will be interested to see the progress on the bike carbs too !!

cheers for the comments. it's looking a bit sorry for itself at the moment, just having to save for an engine rebuild. i will get a build thread up at some point
