Hello from Far, Far Away

I've recently purchased a '79 GTI and was going to do a simple panel and paint to clean it up a bit, only to discover the lack of rust-proofing has left the shell with a bit of skin cancer   .

A bare metal re-spray has been the order of the day, and I will get her back just prior to Christmas. I'm in the middle of trying to salvage the original seat material and am having a hell of a time finding black cloth material to match or get close.

Member here 'campaignjerry' had original seat cloth, not sure if he has any left though?
