hello from Costa del Edinburgh!

hey all. been in love with mk1's for years and decided now its time to get one, so i had a chance to get a 1987 cabby in pretty good nick. needs a bit TLC but nothing major. just put some shiney new wheels on her. gonna get her lowered slightly just to get a nice stance, nothing silly. also got a full new set of exterior chrome trim on order so will be looking nice for the summer what yous lot think?

Great looking car you must be delighted with it.

I'm the new organiser for Scottish meets and we just had our first drive out on Sunday. We will be going to a few shows this year, so keep an eye on the Scottish meet thread in The Regional section
