hello dubber from canada/england

Hello my name is sam, I recently moved  back to the uk from canada. I am originally from england, but my family decided to sell up and move to Canada in 1993. So I guess this is home coming or somthing :P  I would like to get invloved in the local vw scence and just thought I would say hello and introduce my car. The bad news is the car is still in canada, but that does not stop me collecting parts  . Anywho thanks and onto the pictures. I am sure my car is not to everyones taste, but I guess its an aquired taste :)

Welcome :)

Very nice motor!  Are you going to be bringing it back to the uk?

Post up where you're based and see if you can get involved with a local group in the uk.

I'll keep the keys for it while you are over in the UK.  I'll go up and check on it…..  :)

I might borrow the wheels for a bit  :)

Hi Welcome  :D

Nice MK1, shame you've had to leave it there, you must miss driving it!

haha I was just watching your video on vortex last night, makes almost regret picking up the kinetices 16v turbo kit, instead of running the 45 carbs. I like ats classics, I wish they came in 13x9 :(  We will have to trade for a while   . Thanks for the kind words everyone. Lets just say driving the corsa doesnt cut it . Only thing keeping me sane is attempting to collect parts. I didnt think it would be as hard  to aquire small chrome bumpers as it is. If that is not the million dollar question . I recently picked up a  nardi hub/boss, chrome trim heater vents, and chrome rear ashtray.

The roof lining was alot of work. Lets just say I had to get a pro to help me. Even then it was a real pain in the a$$. Getting everything to line up was what made it so difficult. Nothing worse than wonky tartan haha.
