Head gasket

Hi my head gasket has gone and I've decided too do it myself I have started to remove parts but before I can remove cam belt how do I get the marks lined up.. Thanks in advance and sorry if I've posted in wrong place.

What engine has it got in it, I followed this guide recently to get the timing marks set up, not sure if that's what you're after though!
