Happy new year all!!!!

hi guys and gals,
 so much too say don't know where to start.
firstly i rencently bought my first swallotail golf its a 76' in red (3 door, 1.1L) and i love it!!, its left hand drive i bought it from belgium few months back.
i used to have a mint 79 GTI that i sold and have never stop regretting that day! so im on the look out for another. i nearly got my hands on a 78' GTI only last week in Germany but someone beat me to it doh!
I go to most the shows abroad Germany, Belgium, Austria and don't see hardly any english reg cars their. Does any one here go?, im going to do a full resto of my 76' then take it to all the shows in Europe in the summer.
does "dubboy*" own all those Golfs?!!!!, what a collection.
