Greetings from Brummieland!

Just bought Chris's Alpine White Clipper! "Bunny" is happily now on my driveway. Anyone else close by? Looking forward to show season… Show and shine methinks!
In the past I owned a campervan and then a bug, but couldnt be without a dub… Now I have the car I wanted since I was about 15! Happy happy!

Hi Chris, she is running great! Had that clicking problem again but keep a hammer in the glovebox to tap the starter, she starts like a dream! Will get a new starter when that one gives out… Getting lots of attention in her… Bloke was chatting to me in the petrol station this afternoon about her, saying how nice it was to see an older car in good nick… I couldnt stop smiling! Hope Strawberry is behaving for you…  :0))

not a prob, strawbs is doing the nice and frugal thing rather well so far…
sorry about "the clicking", that really is one of life's great mysteries, but you have the know how & unlikevme know which end of the spanner to use.
all the best & vw world watch out for bunny coz here she comes….
