hello, throught i'd i'd join as i recently forfilled a dream!
i just bought a 1983 mars red golf gti, and its better than i ever imagined. Its in very good condition as it was fully restored in 2000, looks completely standard outside but has a tsr 2.0 8v.

p.s the sites very helpful. Im currently trying to find out if its a campaign, it has all the extras buts shes got a dw chassis number :dontknow:

As to whether its a campaign or not, i dunno, i think it only is if the "DW chassis numbers greater than 448319"

That is very clean    and I see its take its rightful place as number 1 out of those three cars. Although they all look very clean and well maintained.
