Golf Syncro??

Hello,

i'm very new to this, but like everyone here, i'm not only a fan of Mk1 Golfs, but a Vw fan in general. Excuse my ignorance, because i know this is a Mk1 Owners club, but for a long time now i have been searching for a Mk2 Golf syncro. I'm looking for information on where i could find one, or how i could go about finding one. I'll travel any distance.
My dad had one many moons ago and i'd like to get my hands on one for restoration. Any condition will do. An intact, drivable machine would be preferable. But for such a rare beast, exceptions can be made.
