G reg Mark 1 Clipper.

Hey there,

Recently brought a mark 1 golf clipper. this is my first golf and im planning on using it as a project. it's got 127k on the clock but sounds fine no ticking, nothing. but i have developed a rattle from underneath i've had a look and it is about half way down the car and it looks like a rubber bush but with a bottom on it. it is about 4inch diameter and it has a metal plate round it !! i havent a clue what it is  can anyone help??

could be a few things, why not take a picture so we can see what it is and maybe help further

i will do as soon as i get my axle stands mate. not to keen ion goin under just on a jack lol

welcome mate. is it a rattle when moving or just engine running
