coco channel

Finally have bought a convertable to complete my mk1 addiction having owned every derivative of the beautys there is most of whic i still hacve

Anyway its a coco channel in white on a c plate seems to check out but im trying to track down the exact spec of the coco models ie wheels seats colour coded bits hood etc how these were different from std gti converts

any info would be great :dontknow:

Genuine CC limited edition based on the GTI Convertible with 1.8 K-Jetronic injected 112bhp DX coded engine as fitted to legendary Mk1 Golf GTI hatchback.
Interior has been retrimmed in a unique blue/grey cloth which matches original dark blue carpet nicely. Headlining is embossed with 'CC' logos which are widely and incorrectly thought to mean that 'Coco Chanel' gave her name to this limited edition when German web sites state that these mean it is a 'Christmas Edition' presumably designed to boost convertible sales in the winter.
Still on original 'Avus' 14" alloy wheels with 185 60 14 tyres. These would have originally been part colour coded to the bodywork but following refurbishment are now all silver and in VGC.

Where are you based?  What other Mk1s have you owned?  Any pictures yet?

thanks just collected it got original interior drivers seat a bit shot and needs a clean roof completly shot
