So… on the mk1 side of things….. what you got (engine size, colour modifications etc?).  What do you plan on doing with it?  Was it an xmas present?

umm its a 1.8 gti in alpine white, totally standard but with a single headlight grille it also has castellete wheels. Dont want to do any modifications i think they look best standard!!
I saved some money and found the right one on ebay ill post some pics up a bit later!!

Get some pictures up when you can, no rush but we do like to scope out newbies.

Cheers cant wait until the summer   The wheels have just been refurbished and the interior was retrimmed about 6 months ago in a blue and black tweed material .The guy who owned it before me spent a lot of money on it by the looks of the receipts. drives fine but got its MOT saturday so if all goes to plan should be on the road in a couple of weeks.

Hope it fly's through that MOT mate   ….
