Another excited new member

Hi all.
 After just purchasing a nice Rivage, which was going to be a temporary car, i,ve decided to keep it forever! so i've joined your club.
My enthusiasm for these great cars has awoken after visiting this site many times. I've had beetles and campers since owning a black GTI many moons ago.

My aim is to own a splitty to sit alongside my GTI. (Not much to ask)!!
Are any other members into air cooled too?

Hiya hun we have a beetle farm lol (6 vw beetles) ranging from 1951 - 1974 lol) and a splitty (66)  :wink:

started of in aircooledsmeself and switched after 6 bugs and i would still love a samba, maybe one day.

Thanx for nice welcome, i can see i'm in good company.Better refrain from talking about aircooled though,or else i'll get told off!

Havent taken any photo's yet, but will do. She needs a bit of tlc, mainly paintwork,scratches,dullness etc. Got a new hood for her, looks ten times better for that. Saw some nice Mk1's at Stonor park, was any of you there? Have you all got piccys of your cars on the site, i notice its down at moment.
