 Hello from me. I'm a mk1 virgin. This is my first one I've owned. I am an avid vw camper van addict. And now own a 1991 clipper. Hope to meet up, or get ideas on here for parts,meets, etc cheers for now. Phil

Welcome to the forum, be nice to see some pictures of your car and hear plans for it.

 If you join one of the local groups - lets you do this on your profile page if I remember right - you will find out what's going on locally.  It does go a bit quiet over the winter as there are a few softies like me who wrap their cars up until the spring, but lots of shows throughout the spring and summer, plus of course the AGM in July.

here is a list of user groups including regional groups, if you click on the one you want, it will then allow you to apply to join, at the bottom of the members list.
