vwnw tatton park, cheshire

Hi i,m new to all this! can anybody tell me if the nw region will be attending this show, i went last year (carless) and would love to enter my new baby, but need pointing in the right direction. Cheers Keith. :?

When is it?

it is unfortunately being held on the same day as the Mk1 owners club annual meeting at Gaydon so I am not sure how many ppl will be at Tatton.
Personally I am in two minds as to what to do I really want to go to Gaydon but as all my in-laws are dubbers as well but are a Mk3, Corrado and Polo they will probably want Tatton  :?

Enlighten me, what date is Gaydon/Tatton then?  Gaydon is a lot closer for me :?

I take it nobody knows if there will be a stand there then? All i can say is that it is a very good show and there are loads of cars, stalls and people, a definate on my calender!! :roll:

I wouldn't imagine the mk1 owners club will do Tatton, as the regional organisers and most of the members will be at Gaydon for the annual big meet up, though you could organise one for Tatton yourself and see who's up for it, I'm sure one of the organisers will give you some pointers at how to do it.

I'm planning on Gaydon instead of Tatton Park. Organising a club stand isn't too hard, you just need to make contact with whoever's organising the show and book it, then rally everyone who wants to be on the stand, take contact details (in case you need to chase them up in the morning), relay info to & fro, be there nice and early, etc. Everyone was easy going and resourceful for All Types so it pretty much organised itself on the day! There was a coupe of hours work in liasing with the organisers and sending out the passes, etc.
