VolksWorld 25th Aniversary

Just wondered if anyone was going to the Volks World event on the 20th of September at brands Hatch.

Their bithday party, just reading through their info does seem like its mainly aimed at air cooled vw's but does say all welcome. its only about an hour from me so thought it might be worth turning up and see what turns up.

It's on a Thursday but suits me as I don't work that day. Not managed to get to any shows so far this year as either too far or been busy so as this one is really close thought id pop along.

Anyone going?
Just seen on their website a few posts from peeps saying they are taking mk1 golfs (anyone here?)

Like your soft top, mine is an  Mk 1 golf  GTi Karmann 1.8, white with black convertible top. I also have a 1.6 Manx beach buggy and restoring a rare Daytonia buggy.
Nothing like cruising along with the lid down.
