sorry but,to me its a well overhyped car show attracting some of if not the best vws in europe.great if you havnt been before.i went last year was great to meet old friends but was soon bored

ive heard terrible things about the show and i cetainly wont be traveling to it

there are the best cars at the show but with that seems to attract some of the biggest idiots

Can you say what terrible things you have heard JB out of interest??. I've never been myself.

I want to go, and will go one year, maybe even this year, i have heard some horror reports about alot of drunked people, bottles being chucked about, things being stolen including BBS centre caps etc, i think if you are all in one big group that can make the difference and keep any troubles away maybe?

I'll be going this year. ive been the past few years and i think it really is one of the best shows of the season. There is an awesome vibe and everyone is just enjoying themselves. It is big and well known so you do get the odd idiot in the camping area but the security get better every year an I have never personally experienced anything. I've heard storys of bits going missing at night but I just use some common sense and remove centre caps and bumper end caps and lock them in the car. This show does get the best cars in Europe attend. if you have never been you should definately go. Both the Saturday and the sunday are awesome. I just go for the mk1s and rare cars. I will be camping again this year.

Some people will nick anything.      

Been going for years and stay in the same hotel over and over. The show has it perfect in terms of balance between being chilled out and having awesome cars. Yes there are always odd incidents with drunk folk at night, but the security is second to none and people are dealt with swiftly.

Can't recommend it highly enough

i'm tempted to do after reading all of the above. The last one I went to was in 2003 when I had a MK2!

You dont get club stands at edition but i suppose could get all mk1s together or try? Ive been going since 2010 has been the best or close to the best show i goto in the year, never had problems with thiefs snd everyone has the same relaxed vibe until night time! Carnt wait for this!

If it dosnt clash with any other shows i am up for getting a thread going to see if we can get all mk1 guys in one area perhaps?

Im not sure if im going to be only going on the sunday, or camping for the whole thing.
Ive never been before so im looking forward to it.

Best way to get all together would be head for the show and shine field as a group. Got to be early though as they soon start queuing up for the show field. I'm off with a few others this year.
