DubFreeze

DubFreeze is the real show opener for the new season.

The date for next year/ this year is Sunday 21st February 2010 and the event is located at

Bingley Hall, Staffordshire County Showground, Staffordshire, ST18 0BD

It is ?10 to get in but if you enter your car in the show n shine its free. There are catagories for standard and modified cars.

There isn't a date for booking a club stand as yet - although that would simply be a stand for selling merchandise and raising awareness for the 2010 AGM.

I should be there went last year was pretty good lots of autojumble and some of the cars in the show and shine well worth a look!
Not sure if I'll be down there in mine got to pass my test and get insured yet haha
but I do recomend it even walking through the car park I saw some exellent examples of vws

 yay im coming along to the dubfreeze with my white citi golf its going to be fun what do i have to to to get on the show lines or the club stand if we have one?

I'll be there too.  Been there a few times, good venue and effectively free unless you want to go inside and look at bits so there's no excuse not to… :shaun:  

Contact the organisers if you wish to enter the show n shine. It may be quite full now though.

I've not sorted a club stand because this show isn't really geared up for a car display as such. The only stand we could have would be to sell merchandise and as it maily air cooled, I doubt that we'd sell much.

I will be attending to get parts for me bug!! looking forward to havin a dub life again!!  

i will be attending  cant wait not been able to drive for four week or so looking forward to the drive  and to get back into my clipper lol. and as new to the mk1 owners club hope to meet same more at the next meet at cromford lol in  matlock derbyshire on the 28 feb lol

Shall we put our forum names on bits of paper on the dash so we know who's who then?!
